Blockstream initially sent a contact request, to which the hacker responded, 'Can most of the funds be returned to the Blockstream address?' Subsequently, the hacker explicitly demanded: 'Fix the vulnerability first. Ensure all nodes have completed the patch upgrade. After confirming the fix, the funds will be safely returned.' Additionally, the attacker sent encrypted technical information via PGP to Blockstream that only their team could read. Currently, both parties are still in ongoing communication.
