I've encountered this situation too—used up all the credits right as the plan expired, and after renewing, I still had to wait 7 days to use it. But this is clearly a bug, because in that case, I might as well wait 7 days before renewing. This is essentially OpenAI being too sneaky, forcing the reset time to be delayed after using a reset card. It should lock the reset cycle based on the plan's payment period. @thsottiaux
