Key Technical Points for Next Week **SPY** I don’t think Friday’s pullback is dangerous. The 1-hour chart still maintains a higher high and higher low structure, and it just stabilized after retesting the 1-hour EMA 20, which is a normal pullback in an uptrend. There are bullish divergences on the 1, 2, and 3-hour charts. The most important level to watch next week is 772. If it reclaims this level, the first target is the previous high at 779, and above that, it could push for new highs. If the pullback continues, there’s dual support around 766 from the daily EMA 20 and a gap. However, be cautious if the 756-760 range is lost. Until then, treat sharp dips as buying opportunities. **QQQ** QQQ’s daily chart currently shows a double-bottom structure, with the key neckline at 724. As long as it can break above 724 effectively, the first target is the gap at 729, followed by 734. If it’s stronger, it might even challenge the previous high at 748, potentially faking out to 750. If 724 cannot be broken, there’s still a chance of retesting the daily EMA 20, or in an extreme case, filling the gap at 701.59. So, 700 is a critical major support level for bulls. For now, it’s a range-bound market between 720-730 on the upside and 700 on the downside, ideal for selling high and buying low. **NVDA** NVDA closed near the previous high at 236 with a long upper shadow, which looks a bit like a shooting star. However, it’s too early to call it a top. The confirmation would require breaking below Friday’s low next week and losing the 1-hour EMA 20. As long as these two conditions don’t occur simultaneously, it’s still in a high-level consolidation. The most important mid-term level is the daily EMA 20. As long as this holds, the trend remains intact. Overall, I think Friday was a normal risk release. For now, it’s still a consolidation market. Keep focusing on strong sectors like storage, crypto stocks, and AI servers.
