During lunch today, I saw on Douyin that Elon Musk supposedly spent $800,000 to participate in the 2026 midterm elections. But after asking GPT, I found out that the U.S. Constitution requires a president to be: 1. A natural-born U.S. citizen 2. At least 35 years old 3. A resident of the U.S. for at least 14 years Musk was born in South Africa and only later acquired U.S. citizenship. So, under the current Constitution, he can't run for president or be elected president—unless the Constitution is amended in the future. Damn, these Douyin creators are misleading people, not explaining things properly. My first reaction was wondering if Musk would post a meme about this.
