The U.S. stock market is closed, and Monday is Labor Day in the U.S., so trading won't resume until Tuesday. Over the weekend, trading volume will be thinner, and while the volatility might look exciting, don't take it too seriously. 613 days into DCA, the easiest mistake to make over the weekend is treating the market closure as an excuse to overanalyze. The market stops, but your brain keeps spinning: Should I adjust my allocation? Should I wait until Tuesday? Should I make up for what I didn’t buy this week? If your plan was already executed on Friday, just let it sit over the weekend. Resting is also part of DCA. For DCA, I only use OKX.
