Stargate V1 liquidity pools will cease operations on December 15—users holding LP positions must remove them before the deadline. Stargate announced that with the deactivation of LayerZero Labs' V1 relayers on December 15, Stargate V1 liquidity pools will stop functioning. This deactivation will not affect Stargate V2 or Stargate Hydra. To simplify the user experience as much as possible, zero-fee withdrawals will be enabled for all users. As part of this process, Stargate V1 messaging services will be temporarily paused for about two weeks. Afterward, Stargate V1 liquidity pools will reopen for withdrawals and remain accessible until the relayers are deactivated on December 15. All users holding LP positions in Stargate V1 should remove them before this date. Launched in March 2022, Stargate V1 was the first application built on LayerZero, pioneering unified liquidity and instant, guaranteed native asset transfers. Stargate V2 will continue to build on this foundation.
