Defiance attenpting first fully private company ETF (was bound to happen) via swaps tied to perps linked to private cos. Even tho that sounds crazy I bet many would still prefer it to an interval fund (which you can’t get on brokerage anyway). Nice catch from @syouth1 (Eric Balchunas)
