Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the London-based company intends to sell up to $1.5 billion in convertible bonds to investors and is seeking approximately $2 billion in financing support from NVIDIA. Insiders stated that Third Point, led by Daniel Loeb, will lead the convertible bond investment, with Goldman Sachs involved in the fundraising arrangements. Following this round of financing, Nscale also plans to proceed with an initial public offering (IPO), with previous reports suggesting the IPO could raise approximately $3 billion.
