On September 3, the total holdings of ethereum:native spot ETFs rose to 6,290,789.93 ETH, with a net increase of 62,835.71 ETH on the day. This completely recovered the net outflow of 35,811.96 ETH on September 2, and even added about 27,000 ETH more.
So far this week, the cumulative net increase is 86,846.24 ETH. Over the past 7 trading days, the cumulative net increase has reached 269,079.75 ETH, with a total increase of 34,848.90 ETH since the start of September. Judging by the recovery speed, ETH is clearly outperforming BTC. After a significant pullback the previous day, it managed to fully reverse with an even larger net inflow the next day. This indicates that the appetite for allocating funds to ETH remains relatively strong.
Currently, ETH’s trend is still very strong, and funds are continuing to flow in, but it’s becoming increasingly reliant on top-tier products driving the momentum. The good news is that since 2026, ETH spot ETFs have cumulatively increased by 175,322.35 ETH, significantly outperforming BTC. However, the key question is whether this concentrated inflow can be sustained moving forward.
