IMF: 🇸🇻El Salvador has NOT used public funds to buy Bitcoin since June 2025. The country provided documents showing its subsequent BTC accumulation came from private donations. The IMF expects no further purchases beyond those donations and is seeking greater transparency around El Salvador’s Bitcoin wallets.
