I know OKX Agent Trade Kit is very useful
But many people don't even know how to use it
How can I explain it clearly with this one
Connect AI clients such as Claude, cursor, OpenClaw, and Codex to your OKX account, allowing AI to read market trends, check positions, allocate strategies, and even place orders for you (whether or not to place orders is up to you to control and configure)
Tools run locally, API keys are in your own hands
1/Install it, two lines of command
First, install skills on the computer:
npx skills add okx/agent-skills
2/Reinstall CLI, which is responsible for connecting accounts:
npm i -g @okx_ai/okx-trade-cli
Once the OKX account authorization is completed in the AI client, it will be approved. Supported clients: Claude, Claude Code, cursor, Codex, OpenClaw, choose whatever you like
4/Four Skills, installed as needed
-OKX CEX market trends: real-time prices, depth of trading, K-line, funding rates, open positions, indices. No API Key, pure read-only, no matter how much you play, it won't touch your account
-OKX CEX trade trading: spot, contract, option, algorithmic order, can be changed from order cancellation to batch order, supports OCO, mobile take profit stop loss, grid
-OKX CEX Portfolio Assets: Balance, Position, Profit and Loss, Statement, Rate, Fund Transfer, All in One Skill
-Okx cex bot strategy
Two ways to play
Dialogue style (MCP): Speak human language directly in Claude or cursor. Official example given - 'Check my balance in my Ouyi account and buy 500 USDT BTC at market price with stop loss set at 84000'.
Script based (CLI): Run on the terminal, input market trends into scripts, schedule tasks, and perform fully automated operations
Safety is the most important thing
The market is a public interface, do not touch the account, use it with confidence. Authorization is required to place an order, a few bottom lines:
-First, use a simulation disk or a separate sub account to run the test, don't start with the main account's actual test
-Minimum permission, turn off withdrawal
-Keep an eye on it, don't let it completely let go and run on its own
Here are a few ready-made usages for you (making event trading very convenient)
Before the release of non-agricultural data, ask it to check the release time and market expectations, adjust the K-line, funding rate, open position, and trading volume of BTC/ETH, compare the fluctuations before and after similar events, and only conduct analysis and backtesting without placing orders. Here are a few observation paths for you
After analyzing, let's continue with the following sentence: Based on the results just now, provide execution plans for three scenarios: trend, interval oscillation, and temporary non trading. List the triggering conditions, failure conditions, and risks, and do not execute the actual trading
If you want to achieve full automation, you can use CLI to schedule tasks such as buying at low prices, grid management, position health check, and batch order management, all of which are officially designated scenarios
