[Coinbase to Support Story (IP) Renaming to Data (DATA) and 1:1 Migration] Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 4, Coinbase Markets announced that the Story token will be renamed from Story (IP) to Data (DATA). Coinbase will support the migration from October 5 to October 7, 2026. Prior to the migration, trading of Story (IP) will be suspended on October 5, and the send and receive functions will be temporarily disabled from October 5 to October 7. Users holding Story (IP) will have their tokens converted to Data (DATA) at a 1:1 ratio, with no conversion transaction fees. Trading of Data (DATA) will commence after the migration is completed on October 7.
