Previously backed by Amber and several other institutions, the AI virtual pet app *My AI PET* has officially announced its first season. This project focuses on allowing each user to adopt a memory-enabled AI pet for free. By nurturing and chatting with it over time, the pet develops its own 'soul,' becoming a long-term AI companion. Currently, many community members have already shared their pets, and by continuously interacting with and growing alongside them, users can earn points as rewards for the first season. The season will run until October 4. The team has coined this gameplay concept as *CompanionFi*, meaning that raising the pet itself is the product, with future monetization coming from ads, content, and in-app items. As for tokens, on-chain assets, and other features, these are still part of the official roadmap for the future.
