[Anthropic Upgrades Claude Computer Control Features, Supports Background Operation on Mac] Deep Tide TechFlow reports, on September 3, Anthropic announced an upgrade to the computer control features of Claude Cowork and Claude Code, enabling screen interaction to perform actions such as clicking, typing, and navigation in the macOS background. This feature requires devices to run macOS 15 or later, with the desktop awake and the Claude Desktop app active. Currently, the feature is only available to Pro and Max individual subscription users, while team and enterprise versions are not yet supported.
