[South Korea's Foreign Exchange Reserves Increased by a Record $14.3 Billion in August]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 3, data from the Bank of Korea showed that as of the end of August, South Korea's foreign exchange reserves rose from $427.95 billion in July to $442.28 billion, an increase of $14.33 billion in a single month, setting a historic high. This growth was mainly driven by a significant increase in foreign currency deposits by commercial banks at the Bank of Korea.
