[Report: Beware of Fake GTA 6 Leak Websites, Connecting Wallets May Lead to Multi-Chain Asset Theft] According to a report by Malwarebytes, scammers are exploiting the hype around *GTA 6* by creating phishing websites, claiming to sell a leaked version of the game for $50 or 1 SOL. These sites lure visitors into connecting their wallets and signing malicious transactions. The websites contain approximately 2.4MB of malicious scripts capable of identifying wallet assets on seven chains: Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, and Fantom. Based on the permissions signed by the victim, the scripts can immediately transfer assets or gain subsequent access to transfer tokens and NFTs. Before triggering, the scripts check the visitor's IP address to avoid targeting users from 10 countries, including Armenia and Russia.
