[Snowflake Raises Annual Sales Forecast, AI Assistant Adoption Drives Stock Price Up 21%] BlockBeats News, September 3, according to BIT (bit.com) market data, Snowflake (SNOW.N) raised its full-year sales forecast after releasing its quarterly earnings and stated that the accelerated adoption of its AI-assisted coding tool, CoCo, drove the company's after-hours stock price up by more than 21%. Snowflake expects product revenue for the fiscal year ending January next year to be approximately $6.07 billion, higher than its May forecast and exceeding analysts' average estimate of $5.86 billion. Product sales account for about 95% of the company's total revenue. The company stated that over 2,000 new customer accounts adopted CoCo during the quarter, bringing the total number of accounts using the tool to 9,100. Snowflake, a software company that helps businesses organize and analyze data in the cloud, is integrating artificial intelligence features into its platform. For the quarter ending in July, Snowflake's product revenue grew 37% year-over-year to $1.49 billion, surpassing analysts' expectations of $1.42 billion. Remaining performance obligations (a measure of future order volume) stood at $9 billion, below analysts' average estimate of $9.37 billion.
