[0xSun Analysis of the JINQIAN/FAMI Incident: On-Chain Meme Coin Drives Stock Price Up, Full Logic in Question]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 2nd, crypto KOL 0xSun published an analysis of the JINQIAN/FAMI incident that occurred tonight. In this event, an unknown project team issued the FAMI token on-chain (without regulatory backing, with an unlocked liquidity pool) and paired it with the Meme coin JINQIAN. Since the market cap of FAMI's underlying stock was extremely low, on-chain sentiment triggered retail investors to frantically buy JINQIAN, driving up the price of FAMI in the liquidity pool. Some retail investors even directly purchased the underlying stock, causing its stock price to rise as well.
0xSun pointed out that this incident is strikingly similar to the early Base chain Meme coin Bald—both featured unlocked liquidity pools and lacked coherent logic throughout the process. Yet, the final outcome closely aligned with the ideal trajectory of "on-chain coin-stock short squeeze," making it a textbook example of "completely wrong process, completely right result."
He cautioned investors that such projects have extremely low certainty and advised them to weigh the trade-off between "upside potential × probability of no malicious intent" and "downside risk × probability of malicious intent." He emphasized that there is no absolute certainty behind the promise of excess returns.
