It may become one of the first government-affiliated AI enterprises in the UAE to expand its capital scale through external financing. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the exact funding amount and transaction structure have not yet been finalized, and related discussions are still in the exploratory stage. Previously, G42 collaborated with Microsoft and OpenAI on a data center project in Abu Dhabi and received support from companies like Microsoft.
