[Coinbase Target Price Raised to $212, Cantor Fitzgerald Maintains Overweight Rating] Odaily Planet Daily News: Wall Street investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald has raised Coinbase's target price from $184 to $212 and maintained its 'Overweight' rating. The firm stated that after Bitcoin recently returned to the vicinity of $80,000, the valuation of the crypto ecosystem has seen a recovery. As the leading compliant trading platform in the U.S., Coinbase remains one of the core stocks for institutional funds to gain beta exposure to the crypto market. Recently, sentiment in the crypto market has warmed up, with Bitcoin rebounding from previous lows. Trading volumes, ETF fund flows, and valuations of related stocks have all improved. Coinbase's stock price has also recovered alongside crypto assets, and the market has begun factoring in higher expectations for trading revenue, custody revenue, and subscription service revenue. Cantor Fitzgerald incorporated Coinbase management's latest guidance for the third quarter into its model: subscription and service revenue is expected to range between $500 million and $580 million, the proportion of transaction fees to net revenue is expected to be in the low double-digit percentage range, and adjusted expenses are projected to be between $980 million and $1.08 billion. The firm believes that if Bitcoin maintains its strength, the active trading environment and risk appetite within the crypto ecosystem will continue to support Coinbase's valuation.
