Last time, from June 15 to 21, MSTR bought 520 bitcoin:native at an average price of approximately $67,068. Now, after more than two months, MSTR has purchased Bitcoin again—this time acquiring 4,603 BTC at an average price of $80,318, with a total value of $369.7 million. During these two months, MSTR sold a total of 6,948 BTC, generating approximately $430 million in revenue at an average price of around $62,000. From a mathematical perspective, this might seem like a bit of a “loss,” but given the circumstances at the time, selling BTC to repurchase preferred shares was still the right move. Over the past week, Strategy sold 4,531,421 shares of MSTR common stock through an ATM offering, raising $602.8 million. Out of this, $369.7 million was used to buy Bitcoin, $151.8 million was used to repurchase STRC, $50.7 million was spent on STRC dividends, and $30 million was added to cash reserves. Currently, MSTR still has $19.0908 billion in remaining issuance capacity under its ATM program. @Gate Crypto, U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, Korean stocks, gold, CFDs, prediction markets—all-in-one trading platform.
