[Storage Chip Manufacturer Jiangbolong Plans Hong Kong IPO to Raise Up to Approximately HK$7.14 Billion]
Chinese storage chip manufacturer Jiangbolong has published its H-share prospectus on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, proposing a global offering of approximately 26.08 million H-shares, including about 2.6 million shares for the Hong Kong public offering and approximately 23.5 million shares for the international offering. The maximum offer price is set at HK$240.6 per share, with the total fundraising amount not exceeding approximately HK$6.28 billion. If the overallotment option is exercised, the fundraising amount could reach up to approximately HK$7.14 billion (around USD 1.06 billion), corresponding to a maximum company valuation of approximately RMB 167.72 billion (around USD 24.9 billion). Jiangbolong plans to allocate the funds primarily for chip design and advanced storage technology research and development. The H-shares are expected to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 8.
