The operator of Trump's Truth Social ETF will allocate Anthropic and OpenAI exposures through perpetual contracts According to Foresight News, according to Reuters, Steve Neamtz, CEO of Yorkville America, the operator of Trump's Truth Social ETF, revealed that the company is close to completing an acquisition of an institutional asset management company specializing in separately managed accounts. The specific name has not been disclosed and delivery is expected to be completed in September. Neamtz joined the company in December 2025 and stated that this acquisition will be the cornerstone of the company's strategic growth, helping Yorkville expand its product line beyond the previously "America First" themed Truth Social series funds. Yorkville will launch the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on Monday, which is the company's first fund not managed under the Truth Social brand and will be listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and its newly established board, NYSE Texas. The index tracked by the fund not only includes six MANGOS companies (Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Google parent company Alphabet, OpenAI, SpaceX), but also other AI concept stocks such as Micron and SanDisk. As Anthropic and OpenAI are both unlisted companies, the fund will obtain price exposure to both companies through perpetual futures contracts without expiration dates. The specific trading venue or price anchoring source for modifying the perpetual contracts has not been disclosed. Neamtz stated that this will be the first release of the company's "Digital and Cryptocurrency Products" section. At present, Yorkville has submitted applications for the issuance of about a dozen other ETFs, covering digital economy related funds and macro strategy products.
