This is what liquidity incentives are truly meant to do: help new markets get started, allowing assets, users, and trading depth to gradually form a positive cycle. But high APY is never a free lunch. Rewards fluctuate, and LPs face impermanent loss and market risks. What we aim to do is use incentives to kickstart real liquidity, ultimately enabling markets to operate sustainably based on genuine demand.
