[Jiang Zhuoer: BTC Faces First Test Since This Round of Rally, Sold 50% of ETH Spot Position]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on August 29, Jiang Zhuoer stated in a post that last Friday, Bitcoin spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $202 million, ending a 9-day streak of net inflows. Meanwhile, Ethereum spot ETFs remained strong, continuing with a net inflow of $102 million. He believes that after this significant rally, the market has a substantial amount of bearish trapped positions and bottom-level profit-taking sell-off demand. Whether prices can sustain their high levels depends on whether there is sufficient capital to absorb the selling, with ETF flows and the Coinbase premium being key indicators to observe the market's ability to absorb funds.
Jiang Zhuoer noted that the hawkish remarks by Federal Reserve Chairman Waller had a significant impact on the market, causing the critical Friday ETF data to turn negative and further weakening the weekend market trend. Currently, BTC is facing its first test since the rally began, with the early morning decline potentially marking the start of a downward trend. He disclosed that he sold 50% of his ETH spot position during the decline and will continue to monitor the weekend's market movements.
