Set three important trading rules for myself: Rule 1️⃣ Avoid opening trades on weekends as much as possible. Low liquidity, unpredictable movements. Rule 2️⃣ Don’t impulsively open trades right after waking up. Hold back the urge and wait for 1-2 hours. Rule 3️⃣ Don’t trade too frequently. It drains both funds and confidence. Frequent trading is a big no-no. Stick to discipline to conquer yourself. Follow the rules to overcome human nature.
