Testnet has processed over 10 billion transactions, and its storage footprint grows with them. AIP-147 — in draft and open for review — would introduce periodic Testnet resets: as needed, no more than once every 6 months, with a month's notice. No effect on Mainnet or Devnet. (Aptos)
