I don’t often talk in detail on X about the actual process and criteria behind my trades, so I understand that from the outside, I may sometimes look like someone simply trying to call bottoms and predict whether the market will go up or down. I also know that some people judge or dismiss me based only on what they see on the surface. But I hope people understand that what is visible from the outside is not the whole picture. Before I make a decision on a position, I analyze the market intensely, and I approach the actual execution of my trades with a great deal of detail and discipline. It is never just about deciding whether price will go up or down. I consider market psychology, risk-to-reward, position sizing, overall risk, and even how much I can realistically handle if the worst-case scenario plays out. All of these factors are part of my decision-making process. I also understand that I cannot satisfy everyone. If someone simply does not like me, almost anything I say can be viewed negatively, and there will always be people who want to dismiss or undermine my analysis and results. That is not something I can control. But there is one thing I want to make clear. "What you see is not everything." The final result may look simple from the outside. But what is not visible is how much thought went into that decision, how much data I analyzed, and how carefully I managed the risk before reaching that result. And if what people saw on the surface were truly all there was, I don’t think this many people would pay attention or react so strongly when I change my market view or publicly share the outcome of a decision.(mignolet)
