[Binance Report: Gen Z Prefers ETFs and Trades Less Frequently] According to Deep Tide TechFlow on August 15, citing Cointelegraph, Binance Research's latest data shows that non-leveraged ETFs account for approximately 22% of Gen Z investors' net stock inflows, up from 18.5% in June. Overall net stock allocation decreased by 17.4% in July, but ETF inflows only dropped by 2%, and Gen Z's ETF trading volume share rose from 14.6% to over 21%. The report highlights that Gen Z is the only generational group in the study with growth in ETF holdings, with an increase of nearly 3%. This group demonstrates stronger trading discipline, with approximately 22% of direct stock accounts never selling, 98.9% of bStocks accounts showing no trading records for leveraged products, and an average monthly trading frequency of 3 times, lower than other working-age groups.
