Working in the crypto space is all about making money. And I’m not talking about high salaries. I’m talking about matching pay with the workload. Some roles expect you to do the work of 4-5 positions but only pay you for 2, and then you’re supposed to buy into the boss’s promises and brainwashing? Stock options? IPO and shares when the company grows? A house and a car? None of those promises matter. Just pay up. Stop selling dreams. I don’t believe every founder has the vision of CZ or He Yi.
