Agree. Online gambling, bitcoin and socialist politicians are to a degree just different solutions to same problem: lack of affordability (for ppl who don't already own a crap ton of stocks or other assets) due to the silent tax of inflation which is the hidden cost of govts' going wild with the money supply (since break from gold standard) which is easier than raising taxes or cutting benefits which would piss off voters and get them unelected = nothing stops this train.
