According to News1, after apps from overseas exchanges like Bybit and OKX were removed from South Korea's local Google Play store, the country is further tightening the process for transferring crypto assets to overseas platforms. Under the latest amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the "Specific Financial Information Act," Korean exchanges will now determine whether to approve transfers based on the risk level of the overseas platform. For transfers to certain overseas exchanges or personal wallets, users may be required to prove account ownership, explain the purpose of the transaction, and disclose the source of funds. If the information provided is insufficient, the transfer may be delayed or rejected. Transactions exceeding 10 million KRW in a single instance will also be included in the exchange's self-monitored suspicious transaction system. These regulations will take effect six months after their announcement. https://(wublock123.com)/news/news-66433
