Deep Tide TechFlow reports, on August 13, according to the official WeChat account of the Qianwen app, the Qianwen Open Platform has launched the Cainiao Intelligent Agent. Users can summon this intelligent agent by typing @Cainiao in the chat box or clicking the circular icon in the upper right corner, enabling them to complete courier services through conversation. The Cainiao Intelligent Agent will recommend suitable shipping plans and courier companies based on factors such as item type, price requirements, and pickup time. It also supports large-item shipping identification and special offer matching. Additionally, it can automatically complete sender and recipient information by integrating contact lists and historical shipping records, reducing the need for manual input.
