Doubao Offers Discounts for University Students: Free Quota Increased to 2.5x, Pro Version at ¥38/Month

According to IT Home, Doubao, a product under ByteDance, has launched an exclusive discount campaign for university students nationwide. After completing student verification, users can receive 2.5 times the free usage quota and subscribe to the Doubao Pro Standard Plan, originally priced at ¥68/month, for a continuous subscription price of ¥38/month. Student benefits can be used in scenarios such as paper reading, coding, and information retrieval. Eligible users can update the desktop version of Doubao to the latest version, send a message like "I want to claim student discounts" in the "Work Tasks" mode, or select "Student Benefits" on the Pro subscription page in settings, and then complete identity verification via their Douyin account. Doubao Pro was launched on June 24 this year, with continuous subscription prices for the Standard, Enhanced, and Premium plans set at ¥68, ¥200, and ¥500 per month, respectively.
