[Sushi Releases Proposal to Restructure Protocol Fee Allocation, Plans to Deploy Protocol Liquidity on Robinhood Chain]
The Sushi community has released an RFC proposal to restructure the protocol fee allocation mechanism. The new framework includes: allocating 1% of protocol fees and 1% of perpetual contract fees for monthly xSUSHI buybacks; allocating 4% of protocol fees for weekly SUSHI buybacks and establishing a reserve fund, with reserve holdings transparently reported via a public dashboard; and distributing the remaining protocol fees, migration fees, and other revenue to Sushi Ops to support development, incentives, partnerships, and operations.
The proposal also suggests migrating approximately $10 million to $20 million of liquidity from the current $25 million deployed on EVM protocols to Robinhood Chain in batches, with the first target being the ETH–USDG V3 pool.
