Last week, we completed a major engineering milestone. Crypto markets operate 24/7, making the maintenance and migration of core trading infrastructure exceptionally challenging. Despite this, our team successfully migrated our high-traffic core trading system from one country to another with zero customer-visible downtime. The only impact was a temporary increase in latency lasting approximately 30–40 minutes. The chart below was provided by one of our institutional clients. The team believes this may be an industry-first achievement at our scale. While I cannot yet confirm whether it is literally the first in history, it is undoubtedly an exceptional accomplishment. Migrating a mission-critical trading system across jurisdictions while preserving uninterrupted service, data integrity, and trading continuity is extraordinarily difficult.
