BIP110 has failed. Assuming it can maintain hashrate (unlikely as miners are losing money), it will find a block every 8-9hrs. It will take ~2 years for difficulty to adjust and for it to be usable again. BIP110'ers have to hardfork to save their chain or give up(Alistair Milne)
