THE BLOCK: Some prediction market platforms received a letter from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission warning them to avoid using American-style gambling odds, not to use "deceptive" practices when listing or soliciting products and to follow U.S. law, according to reporting from Bloomberg. "As a federally regulated exchange, Kalshi follows CFTC guidance and will comply with the letter by its deadline," a Kalshi spokesperson said in a statement to The Block.(The Block)
