ETH Has already been putting in a decent structure with higher highs and higher lows. But that has come to a halt at this ~$1950 area every time the past few weeks. Breaking that would be a sign of strength for ETH again and makes it so it can continue this bounce from the June lows.(Daan Crypto Trades)
