Today's Market Update
The market is still boring... Every day, I can only scalp a few hundred points... In and out quickly... I don't even bother with TP1 anymore. Every time I hit TP1, it just retraces to breakeven... These past two days, I've been taking full TP after a few hundred points.
Looking at the funding side today, Coinbase's real premium (after deducting the USDT/USDC exchange rate premium) is still positive before the market opened today (see Image 1).
So, it seems like ETF inflows are still ongoing today...
ETF inflows have been gradually increasing over the past few days...
Overall, it might still be similar to the past few days, slowly grinding up to sell orders above.
-------
Order Book (see Image 2)
Last night, right before the U.S. stock market closed, there was one final push that managed to grind down most of the sell wall below 65k contracts... Some of the sell orders above 65k were also pulled...
Now, the pressure from contracts around the 65k level has significantly decreased.
Considering the above, if ETFs continue buying today, the market will likely keep grinding higher...
For shorts, it's better to wait until around the U.S. stock market close to enter...
-------------
Nothing much else to add... Still pretty much the same as yesterday.
Today's plan is in Image 3.
For aggressive long entries below, still looking at the 63.8–64.1k range.
Even though the large contract orders at 63.8k were pulled yesterday, the dip during the U.S. stock market open still accurately hit the POC. Currently, the two POCs are at 63.8–64.1k.
If Coinbase's positive premium continues into the U.S. stock market open, this aggressive long entry is still worth a shot.
For shorts above, aim for above 65k... Not sure exactly how much, but there are still some sell orders above 65k, along with a few previous SFPs... The largest short liquidity is at 66k.
