You NEED to build a local memory folder that holds your business strategy, brand identity, and monetisation plans. Feed it constantly. Meeting notes, brain dumps, documents, so every new AI session already knows everything. Step 2: Building Real Automations The second layer is to build real AI automations in your own life (so you can eventually sell them). My advice: Conduct a time-audit exercise where you track everything you do in a week. When I did this exercise, I literally found that 44/65 of my weekly tasks could be automated. Based on your audit, pick 1-2 of your most painful workflows, and start automating them. If you don't know how, just ask Claude, and it can help you architect the automations. This is the foundation for what you will eventually help other people automate as well. Step 3: Offers This is where you actually design what you're going to sell. Based on one of the AI-powered workflows that you automated in your own life, sell it to others who haven't figured it out yet. Think: Websites, copywriting, design, skills, and internal tools you built for yourself that turn out to be useful to others too. Step 4: Distribution (the actual moat) None of the above converts into money without this. You need to build user distribution with organic content. The flywheel: an AI content engine, warm audiences built through comment-to-DM flows and newsletters that funnel to your offer. Your organic reach is the difference between capping yourself at $20-50K/month and building a multi-million-dollar business.
