[Jeremy Allaire: Circle and Coinbase Renew USDC Distribution Partnership] According to Circle founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire during an earnings call, Circle and Coinbase have renewed their agreement under existing terms, with USDC continuing to hold a central position across Coinbase's entire product ecosystem. Under the collaboration agreement signed in 2023, Coinbase will receive 100% of the interest income from USDC reserves held on the platform, as well as 50% of the interest income from other USDC reserves held off-platform. The agreement is valid for a term of three years.
