I remember MicroStrategy's average cost was over $70K, and now they're selling at over $60K. This must be a last resort. If their cash flow was sufficient, I believe Saylor wouldn’t be cutting losses. After all, there were plenty of chances to take profits above $100K, and he didn’t sell then.
Although the amount sold this time isn’t much, the psychological impact is far greater than the actual selling pressure. Bullish sentiment continues to take a hit.
Let’s just hope there won’t be any large-scale selling. After all, MicroStrategy still holds over 800K $BTC. If they can hold on, the next bull market could bring them massive gains. But if they can’t, MicroStrategy might become the biggest black swan!
