Why does the price sometimes suddenly spike or dip a few points?
Leverage positions are chained: hitting one group’s liquidation price → forced sell-off → triggers the next group’s liquidation → avalanche.
This is called a liquidation cascade. By understanding the liquidation map, you can predict where a spike or dip is most likely to happen.
Do you think these spikes/dips are more natural or manipulated?
