From the beginning, Gate's operations team mocked the user, accusing them of stealing from themselves, to now releasing the user's personal information (even though it's censored). This not only highlights the team's poor communication and PR skills but also reflects the distorted values of the company as a whole. If this had happened on Binance or OKX, the compensation would likely have been completed already, and the situation wouldn't have escalated to this low point, making it hard to resolve. The industry doesn't need so many ghost town public chains, nor does it need so many exchanges. It wouldn't hurt to see a few more go under.
