Asking for a friend, is it possible to exploit the bip-110 fork like this:
1) Create and broadcast a transaction that spends your UTXO(s) and includes restricted “spam” data.
2) The bitcoin chain (non-enforcing miners/nodes following legacy rules) accepts and confirms it. Your coins move on the bitcoin chain.
3) BIP-110-enforcing nodes reject that transaction (and any block containing it). From their perspective the original UTXO is still unspent.
4) You then create a clean, BIP-110-compliant transaction (ordinary monetary spend with no forbidden data) using the same UTXO on the BIP-110 minority chain and get it mined there.
5) Since BIP-110 only has ~2% mining power, rinse and repeat >50x until you hit the jackpot.(PlanB)
