Haven't used bn for a long time, why is it so hard to use now, and no one replies? After logging in, it requires facial recognition first. Used my dad's KYC, and ended up having to get someone early in the morning to help my dad with facial recognition. Then after the recognition, the withdrawal needs to be reviewed again. Waited forever, contacted customer service, and they said to wait 10 minutes, but no response.
