After a few months, Binance has finally brought MEME coins back to Alpha.
The last time we paid attention to this signal was during the prediction event on Predict back in April:
'Will Fourmeme launch a token on Binance Alpha before June?'
We didn’t get the timing right in the end, but the direction hasn’t disappeared—this time, the spotlight has shifted to @flapdotsh.
MarsCoin has almost completed a 'speedrun' this time, and it’s not just a MEME coin driven purely by hype. It also incorporates the RWA narrative.
Right now, community sentiment is incredibly strong. Even CZ has publicly stated that he might personally buy or sell one or two MEME coins in the coming weeks to test some new things.
This essentially reopens the MEME window in the Binance ecosystem, and the potential is even greater than before.
Couple that with yesterday’s data showing bStocks AUM surpassing $600 million, and Binance’s future on-chain direction is becoming increasingly clear:
It’s not just about rebooting 'pure MEME' but rather using MEME to drive traffic and consensus, while RWA takes on the role of anchoring assets and value.
On top of that, Flap itself has a variety of economic models and mechanisms in reserve. If Binance’s on-chain policies continue to lean toward 'MEME × RWA,' the butterfly ecosystem could see even more opportunities.
