Philippine telecom operator PLDT has restored access to Binance's Philippines website. Following Globe's lifting of restrictions in May, Binance's website is now accessible again on the two major local networks. Binance's services in the Philippines are provided by local partner BlockShoals Technologies, which is approved under the SEC regulatory sandbox and is currently in the system integration phase.
