The Dark Side of the Moon has completed its Series F financing, raising over $3.5 billion, with a post-money valuation hitting $35 billion. This round originally planned to raise a maximum of $2 billion with a valuation of around $30 billion, but both the final amount and valuation exceeded expectations. The company has already started its Pre-IPO round, with a pre-money valuation reaching $50 billion. Just a couple of days ago, when Kimi was making waves, Alibaba $BABA made a heavy investment, taking up 35% of the shares. People thought the price was too high, but it turned out to be a bottom-fishing move. In just over half a year, the valuation has already increased 10x.
